Kiril Ivanov is an environmental and wildlife filmmaker specializing in underwater and expedition cinematography. Born and raised on the shores of Lake Baikal in Siberia, he has participated in scientific expeditions and natural history productions since 1998 as a diver, underwater cameraman, and field filmmaker. Kiril is the author and director of more than 20 documentaries focused on wildlife, freshwater ecosystems, and the underwater world. His work includes collaborations with international broadcasters and production companies including BBC, NHK, TBS, ZED, and the Cousteau team.
